Here we are looking at an overall bear pattern which in bear market has over 72% of validating. Weekly chart for ETH does look much more bullish however until we actually see solid breakout from one of the ends of this pattern, we won't really know for sure. Currently there is a lower risk exposure to going SHORT vs LONG however you can always hedge your positions on lower times frame.
