ETH/USDT Ready for a more explosive move then btc

I think in the next follow hours we will see the direction eth will take for now we are pointing bear but what most people think might not be the case like me there are 1000000... other traders ready to catch the knive at 160-165 usdt to open a long , or if the trend reverse for that it needs to be above 173 usdt at the time of writing ; however a break below 165 on the 15 min could trigger a next bear move , in this case i think we will see 120-150 eth this could be a bad sign , in the bull case if we see a stronger bounce around the 160-165levels and a close after that above 173 i think we are in the run to 220 usdt
