Possible short on a failed breakout
If it moves below 1.3095 level - we will see a failed breakout of a trading range and and a good opportunity for a test of the lower end of a trading range.
If it bounces off 1.31 and moves higher then 1.3110 - we're likely to get a breakout off the trading range and it will be a good long opportunity.
