Price has broke out of trendline and has now hit a resistance. We are now witnessing a possible retracement in price before the continuation of the bullish move. Remember, trendline is basically a form of liquidity waiting to be purged by price. What we could experience next is, price will retrace to the grey FVG highlighted below. This is the base that broke structure to the upside. Usually, price tends to tap more into FVG than the actual base itself. But it’s best to consider both spectrums. Then, from there on, we anticipate change in market structure from lower time frame. If it shifts to bullish, we could anticipate price to rally upwards, take out the highs of the trendline liquidity and balance itself on the imbalanced region in the FVG above. Happy trading!
