SYMMETRICAL TRIANGLE BREAKOUT
Chart is showing what I believe to be a "classic" symmetrical triangle breakout. Currently seeing resistance at 2016's high ($2.80). Relative strength (14) today is ~67 and volume has been steadily increasing over the couple weeks.
6 month price target is $4.42 which represents an approximate 65% gain from today's prices ($2.68).
Additionally there has been significant insider buying within the last few weeks.
Form Holdings (formerly Vringo) has recently converted from a "patent assertion entity" to a diversified holding company focused on growth. The company still maintains an active intellectual property division.
