GAXY - Has GAXY consolidated for a new up trend? Let's examine .
GAXY has been trending down for awhile and I thought I would try examine more closely as to what GAXY may be doing in the short term.
I am a newbie at technical analysis but have given this a fair go using bollinger bands and moving averages as indicators to understand price movement versus volatility.
