I Heard about this on whalewisdom, and other media sources and decided to take a closer look. Geo is sittiing on a multi year low,Valued much lower if you consider inflation. It has met fierce pressure on the way down, so this is a very heavily traded instrument, so loving this and going long. GEO is a prison and intake facilities REIT, makes sense, if just a fraction of whats in the News is true then this will boom, not funny but realistic. It lets us peer into the mind of the market genius that figured out the housing market bust months in advance. This is a bet on a major reset and a technical play on strong fundamentals.
