Price was in a strong downtrend, however the bulls woke up and won control of the price action, following bullish RSI divergence on daily time frame, now first higher high and higher low are defined, and if previous higher high is broken, we can expect a bullish rally according to Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
