How To Identify Breakout Or Decline.
This is where majority want to know that how breakout is done once the market is outside the Stage 1 = Accumulation.
I will demonstrate this using Game Stop as we can see on both case, if breakout or decline and what to watch for.
(1) With the current move, 95% of the work is done for the 1st breakout, however, the final confirmation is the main key level, meaning the price must hold above $26.50, otherwise decline is confirmed.
(2) Before End of Friday market must go at the level of $30.00, and early next week prices must go above $31.0, then 2 further retest must hold within the area of $29.70 , $32.00 range, then the breakout is confirmed.
If Mid area is clear then the 1st breakout price = $40.64
