The first lower trend line was broken resulting a change in trend. If you notice carefully on the second trend line, the stock is forming a cup and handle pattern. After the breaking candle of the first resistance, the immediate next candle was the candle with the highest volume ever for the stock. The RSI has just crossed above 60.
