$ICP Retest ⁉️ Can be 20$ ?

At a Daily candle ICP create Deschending Triangle Pattern, which mean the pattern is for reversal. ICP is a 99% Dump coin with Good Project and Active Development Commit on Github. This project loss a lot of trust. ICP need more new investor in this bear market.
I hope this area can settle to continue the up trend until range price 10-12$. Which mean is a good for next movement. because #ICP can back to Deschending channel, Slowly but sure the price will follow. After comeback to deschending channel -> testing mid trend -> and then boom!.

This is a subjective Analysis, but for a longterm projection ICP still have a potential. Some People's said ICP have a long projection project.
