Just starting out
There is a continued tightening of the the bounce between the upper and lower bounds of the pennant, and as there are divergence forming between the price levels and RSI indicator, it may be a signal of a bearish trend that may eventually break downwards.
Hopefully I'm wrong and there will be a rise in the price of ICX.
Anyone have any ideas?
