Russell 2000 ETF IWM hits CCI +100, Here's what happened before:

Here is a nice graphical display of what happened the last 3 times that IWM was deeply oversold and then turned up and hit +100 on CCI. CCI here is simply the 1 standard deviation above the 21-day average.
