Between M and KSS, KSS has stronger fundamentals.

Kohl is at Pendulum Low - a low enough price to start looking for Long Term Buy in good companies.

Kohl has a recognizable and positive brand name.

The risk is small as Stop Loss is narrow.

As a Swing Trade, Kohl Long would be exited before earnings with profit. As explained in attached chart.

KSS continues to be strong fundamentally and pays a good dividend. Longer Term Investors may hold it as the sideways range is maintained so far; though many of its peers like M etc. have declined sharply.
