LINKUSD - fakeout or breakout?

LINK has broken to the upside of the symmetrical triangle which indicates a move higher; however, don't jump in too soon as the volume isn't stellar and there should be a backtest of the broken resistance line at ~$10.70

what do you think LINK will do? go higher? or is this just a fake run up?
