LTCUSD Dolly Parton ( o v o ) to 310

LTC is painting a nice pair of Dolly Partons (yes a giant pair of...) break out at the neck line highlighted in yellow once she breaks us out will she carry us up to our target price? Target price is about $310. You can see previous LTC target was reached in my last post. That break out from the triangle is what formed us this beauty. Lets see where we go from here but LTC is well over due for its break out.
