Is it time for a up- or downtrend?

Nasdaq have reached 16k and are currently in a consolidation, in a prevailing uptrend. The question now will be either if it want to keep on moving up or change trend and fall. Below 16700 might indicate for a downtrend towards the 13k-13,5k zone and a break above 16k might indicate for a continuation on the uptrend towards 16500 (possible higher). Neutral, at the moment.
