PLTR Divergence Signal
PLTR stock price has been skyrocketing recently, primarily due to hype over AI and the company's potential in the space. However, there has been a very clear divergence signal forming between volume and price during this same time making me question how long this rally can continue. Rising price and falling volume is a very traditional bearish indicator, signaling buying exhaustion. Can PLTR continue to rise, or will sellers eventually win and bring the stock back down to reality?
Note
After posting this idea, price started to pull back and volume has broken through its downward trending resistance. Falling price supported by higher volume of selling activity confirms that this could be the beginning of a pullback/downtrend.
