How much longer can we keep shooting up vertically? Even if last few months made it so you'll never buy another put in your life, I think Im going to be sitting in cash+dogecoin for a bit. Crash could be coming Monday, could be Christmas.
We still haven't seen CMBS fail yet, cornerstone leasees like Nordstrom telling them expect half your rent, member in 08' shit kept on going up for a while before reality caught up with valuations? member inverted yield curve right before big flu? Been a joke how much some companies have been leveraging up. Fixed income space may be boring and for nerds, but im also not giving up a single cent of my sweet gains.
