RGSE 50 Day period beginning weaker phase
The 50 SMA weakening begins next week and continues thru the period where an earnings run may begin.
The 50 flattens out as the highs from the Q2 Earnings run fall off, and the recent uptrend comes on, giving the best possible chance to breach it and maintain before upward pressure mounts coming up off the lows of August 24th.
