The price is currently heading towards the next daily resistance. It is likely that the price will hit that daily resistance zone before experiencing any sizable pullback. If the price traces back to the next daily support before hitting the daily resistance, a long would be favorable to the daily resistance. No shorting till the price action shows any sign of weakness.

Trade fermée: cible de profit atteinte

The trade hit the target mentioned in the idea. The price dipped to the daily support 1 zone and provided an entry for the long trade and then the price hit the daily resistance 2 zone as marked on the chart. This completed the trade. The price from there got pushed back again strongly to the daily support zone again. We will evaluate where we go from here in a new post.
