SAIL privatization of two units in advanced stage

it seems its breakout of the channel may take place tomorrow.
it is very positive for SAIL as both the units were loss making units.
today SAIL was trading in narrow range and it is out of f&o ban for trading.
above news may ignite price movement of SAIL.
