Is the S&P finished?

The S&P over a longer timeframe has been incredibly consistent - I am trying not to predict tops but this chart just needs to be seen, and if it follows then could be in for some pain until Oct/Nov 2020. Anyways, just an idea and wouldn't mind some feedback from the TV community.
