Greed is when you want to take all the money on the table and leave nothing for others. Greed is you only want to participate if you sell at the highest and buy at the lowest to maximise profits. That would be ideal and sometimes you do get it. The challenge of course is to do it more consistently.

So, if you have set a profit target and hit it , be happy with whatever profits you had made and stopped looking the portion out there. This do nothing good to your mind and affect your mood in trading. Now you see this chart, aren't you happy that you were lucky to get out before the tumble comes ?

Win some, lose some. just make sure you win more and bigger than you lose end of the day and you will be fine.
