SPY AFTER HOURS

After the close today earnings were not good for Google Apple and Amazon which of course caused a selloff. Today’s market showed a lot of strength I don’t think the earnings numbers are going to matter much when everyone is buying the dip. Tomorrow morning we have unemployment and nonfram payrolls for January if the numbers are low or flat we are taking off on a Friday. I saw a funny quote from Adam Taggart it said “Hey, party however you want, markets. I know the cops are already on their way” this is how the markets are acting right now hope is not a plan and they are hoping we cut rates this year Powell keeps saying no way so idk I tend to believe the guy that has been pretty straightforward with his plan. Now companies are acting like the recession will be mild with all the stock buy backs they are doing which is good but the market seems fixated on the rate cuts we shall see. For now don’t stand in front of a strong trend remember it is your friend until it’s not, plan accordingly
