Attention: STEEM to break out tonight! 200%+ profit Target 11.75
STEEM looks to be ready to show up tonight! My target is $11.75 at which point I will unload at least 25% of my stock. Notes are in the chart.

We did break out. Not as expected. Lol. But we did break out. Now forming a new bullish descending triangle. Help me out with the Elliot waves. I've read that around 30% of the time wave (E) is not completed? Is this correct? If so, we may still break to the upside and avoid descending further. But whether we descend further or not, $11.75 target is still in sight.
