This crap will hit the target no matter what goes to 4 cent before or not it will go up insanely very soon. You can sell or wait I cant really tell you but I will hodl this crap. IT HAS NO CHOICE BUT GO UP THATS ALL I KNOW. XLM is USA based company so what can he do nothing but go up.
