Position Trade - US30
Monthly:
- Price has reached a multiple-tested supply zone in the Monthly chart
- Hence, SHORT opportunities are present as price corrects itself downwards to the Demand zone.
Weekly:
- There are 3 possibilities where price might move
1) Price might break TL and 1 demand zone and travel to the opposing demand zone; then we can sell from the new supply zone form that did the 2 things
2) Price might travel deeper into the HTF supply zone (MN) and then travel downwards. However, it will take a long time, and might be lower odds. But if price does it, it will be a mega sell opportunity
3) Price will continue to rally before hitting the MN supply zone and pierce deeper, before travelling downwards
Daily:
1) Price needs to break the zone before finding a SELL zone in the Daily chart
2) A very very conservative trade will be to wait for a LONG time for price to reach back deep into the HTF zone for sell trades
3) Potential buy zone to trade in (reversal trade), before price goes downwards again
