US30 4H (31680 and 31540) is a strong breakout

Now the price of the U30 is in a strong consolidation and also resistance zone

by breaking this zone up by closing the 1h candle then the price will try to reach 31960 in the first and then should break that also to stay at the bullish zone

but if the price can stable under 31540 then will touch 31350 and under it will be bearish
