S&P: Have we really left the latest correction behind us ?

Due to upcoming stress with the the US elections and an ongoing failure of negotiating Brexit im very sceptical that we now succeed in entering into a bull market trend again. The time projection and wave count of the latest correction remains uncompleted to me. I would assume its still too early for a longer and healthy move upwards in the equities. Lets see where this leads us.
