US500 - "witness to the collapse"
Thoughts on the market from the series "witness to the collapse".
Be careful about the market today and this week - it is pending. The index is growing, volumes are falling, there are daily bearish divergences for XLK by RSI, CMF, and it is the engine for the US500. How much more will it grow and will the divergences work out? - It is impossible to say for sure, probably the next couple of days, but you should definitely pay attention. On the contrary, the VIX has bullish divergences, which means the market expects something bad, buying insurance (options). It may be early to gain shorts, but it makes sense to think about cutting longs (perhaps the rest of the market also thinks and there are no volumes)
