Oil consolidation almost complete before the last wave up

It seems that Oil is completing is consolidation with a small move down before the final leg up. I'll be watching the setup and going long as soon as this last down move is complete.

The big down move is complete and waiting for a small retrace to go long.. not expecting this lower than the previous low but a consolidation here
