Bearish ABCD on the Daily

scaling into oil short. i'm looking for oil to retrace from near the intraday highs as its hitting previous resistances of the bearish abcd pattern. The previous abcd pattern C leg is showing temporary resistances for D leg of the current pattern , which is the result of the bearish butterfly pattern.
