This Pattern for $VIPS is working, and I don't know why
There is an interesting decline in VIPS, and the lows fall along a gentle curve with a strong declining trend marking the top of the movement. It has broken out, retested and continues to move higher in a tight trend. It might be a safe time to start building a position.
