1) Price will continue the development of wave “3”.
2) Wave “4” will make a correction and then wave “5” will start.
The target is the area of 2972.207.

The price decreased to the level of 2865.735 and this level can be considered as wave “4”. This means that further we will see a continuation of the price growth to the target.
In any case, I consider only upward movement.

The price continues its upward movement and after reaching the level of 2943 I recommend to set trade to breakeven.
(Breakeven=Risk Free: Move Stop loss to the entry level).
This is the level of the maximum of wave “3”.
A correction is possible now, but even if it is deep enough, it does not change the target.

This is pretty important - price has shown strong downward impulse. This means that wave “4” may not be over.
The upward movement remains in priority, but the area of 2850 level can be reached within the correction of wave “4”.
I would recommend to work with pending limit orders.

Dear Colleagues. The situation on gold is quite interesting. The level 2942 is being tested for the second time, but it is not updated. I think that the bulls need to gain strength and they can do it around the level of 2851. So do not cancel the limit orders. But if the bulls do gain the upper hand earlier, the target will be reached already this week.

Friends, the level 2942 has been broken and I think it is worth setting trades to breakeven and maybe even closing some of them. There is a possibility that the price will still return to the 2851 area and I'd better make a new forecast, where we will again enter long positions from more favorable levels.

Price missed last week's target and is slightly flat, which shows the uncertainty of the market, but I see that the bulls still have strength, so I believe this week's target will be reached.
