HEADER - Replacement for 17A. First draft.

SUMMARY - I have reason to believe 1820s should be the floor. We are should get a May rally anyway, just from 1820 to 2000, maybe 2070.

DETAILS - I've linked 16H and 17A.

BY THE WAY - I don't have time to mesh out all detailing like I did for 16H, so it's not meant to be a "CHEAT SHEET", just overall guide.

2. Under 1820 is REALLY BAD FOR LONG TERM BULL THESIS.

1. Intermediate curves between 24 and 96 days are shifting unpredicatably.
2. This means price forecast iS NOT RELIABLE IN THIS AREA.
3. That said, what are current expetations?
4. I think 1890 MAYBE THE FLOOR, BUT I SAY THAT W/O ANY CONFIDENCE WHATSOEVER.
5. So what then?
6. Wait and see, that's all you can do.

9. Lower, but not much lower.
10. 1875-1882 makes sense.
11. After which, nothing worth analyizing will happen until 5/4.
12. So it should get to that zone and then bounce and zig zag, but...
13. Nothing worth trading for should happen until 5/4.
14. I'm working on detailing for May, there's some movement here worth trading for
15. But it's not going to be much either, 1890-2000 is all I can see right now.
16. Original thesis remains true, August rallly it is.
