We may be primed for a bit of a pullback here.
1) MacD and Stoch RSI both seem to be signalling overbought conditions.
2) I've highlighted with arrows where this has occured in recent history and you can see subsequent pullbacks.

Possible bearish reversal forming. We closed today with a spinning top. This could be the culmination of the rising wedge.
We'll see tomorrow, but that looks likely based on the close of today and previous analysis (above).
