CAN IT OVER TAKE THIS RESISTANCE LINE?

1)Yes bank has closed below 100 dma and trading above 20 dma.
if yes bank reacts positively and gaps up it will face resistance at 79.10.It is tough for it to cross this and selling may be observed at this price.
2) if the fund raising will be discounted by the market selling may be observed from the beginning.then green support line will act as a support. volatile movement may be observed.
