AMD-PO3-Goldbach levels [promuckaj]

This script is developed on time & price, algorithmic market theory that is well explained in the book "Demystifying ICT" by Hopiplaka.

Indicators main features:

*PO3 - Goldbach(IPDA) levels which is based on the size of a price range (dealing range) as a factor of power of three (3^n).
There is PO3 numbers starting from 3 to 177147 as predefined, but also there is field for custom one so that users can experiment.
By selecting the PO3 number script calculate range low and range high using PO3 formula based on the current price and represent it on the chart into multiple levels of Goldbach numbers. At each this levels it is expected to see price that form block, fair value gap etc..., as defined in concept by ICT.
Levels:
Ext => External range
Low => Range low
High => Range high
FVG => Fair value gap
RB => Rejection block
OB => Order block
LV => Liquidity void
BR => Breaker
MB => Mitigation block

*AMD (Accumulation, Manipulation, Distribution) cycles, that can be modified by changing timings and colors.
Using PO3-Goldbach levels to identify where at the current time profile price is, there can be done trades in line with AMD cycles.
Default timings are set for Forex pairs.

*FVG, HIPPO, Displacement is well known parts of a market structure, so those three are also implemented here with some possible changes for them (colors, extension, labels...).

FVG => Fair value gap, imbalances in the market, or when buying and selling are not equal, in most cases can become a magnet for the price.

HIPPO => Hidden interbank price point objective, invention by Hopiplaka to demonstrate meaning of this "hidden" order block. It basically take the wicks of 2 consecutive bars that create a fair value gap.

DISPLACEMENT => It is practically similar to FVG but with option to measure length and strength, where in combination it will calculate and mark candle by looking back to the bars to determine the candle range standard deviation.


FEATURES:
-Multiple PO3 numbers, including special option to set your custom one
-Color and style customization
-Main levels mode, only Low, High and Equilibrium levels
-PO3 table with all PO3 calcs from multiple numbers, and mark the same levels from multiple
-Option to shift DR up or down
-Option to show you always upper/lower main DR levels (Low/High/Eq.)

NOTE:
-First of all special thanks to fxdmn that gives me idea from his indicator, how to present this through my own script.
-GB levels requires the correct symbols price calculation to work properly, everything is done by auto calc, tested well on EURUSD,SP500,DXY,Gold and BTC.

-Added option to mark FVG's only if any part of formed FVG is in between some of the goldbach levels: 0.11-0.17 or 0.83-0.89.

-Fixed some minor bugs.

On request from user:
-added option to plot labels of RB, FV, LV, BR and MB in the same line with GB labels.
-added option to turn off Ext GB levels.

Implemented goldbach time numbers.
Options:
-General switch for this, it will calculate numbers only on 1min timeframe.
-Exact-separated time zone only for this since according to Hopiplaka it is important for calculating the time numbers according to asset you choose.
-Colors of labels (highs, lows and non GB), including option to show values or only marks.
-Type to calc the numbers
on exact swing points;
on -1/+1 aways swing to gb time number;
or to mark every single swing point with corresponding time number
-To choose whether to mark only those time numbers when price goes through respective gb price range or not. Also option to mark only those where price stop run in the respective range by wick or close price.
-To mark number that is forming for last-realtime bar.
-To filter if some of gb time numbers you don't want to be marked out.

Note: This is done according to tests of hopi discord community, so perhaps there will be some future changes since this is still hot phenomenon that all of wee still investigating.

-Added two missing nGB numbers, 44 and 56, so now those two can also be activated/deactivated if needed.
-Fixed issue with disabling - to do not show specific number with option to mark numbers only in GB price ranges.

-Implemented option for auto calc po3 number according to lookback to days or weeks. (Still investigate and test option to look back on last swing points to determine po3 number, I hope that will be implemented soon)

-Fixed missing label for OB

-Implemented visualisation of levels, now there is option to fill with color GB fields from premium and discount range separately, it means that you can mark OB, RB, LV, FV... now for better visual presentation.

-Implemented alert option for crucial levels, Low, High and Equilibrium. It means if price cross some of this you can get alert.

-Custom PO3 number now can be used as decimal (for example 24.3 or any).

-Added all the GB levels as optional for additional upper/lower dealing ranges, if it si in use.

-If shift is in use there is now option to show you original-unshifted High and Low lines of respective po3 range.

-Implemented new optional stats box, as single row box, with price, po3, DRH, EQ and DRL.

-For AMD now there is option to mark candle that break high or low of one of the last three formed A/M/D ranges. There is also alert for this if needed.

-Implemented option to mark candle with stop price to any GB level there to the tick (exact price) according to decimal precise you set there.

-If DR shift is in use there is option to plot high/low lines of unshifted DR.
-Implemented option to use another/external instrument to calc and print DR while you are on another one. Be aware that if price is not similar then lines will be far away.
-Implemented option to mark non-goldbach levels (23, 35, 65 and 77) with all the options to choose special colors and style for this lines.

Small fix on visualisation of levels effects, if background as boxes of specific levels is in use now script will update and extend the background color to the right as what is doing for gb lines.

-Implemented option to mark CE levels for all the GB levels there, including non GB.

-Added option to do not extend GB lines to the left on the chart, so on this way you can clearly see on which bar new DR start.

-Implemented alert when FVG was formed.

-Added option to set custom po3 number by multiply number. For example if your po3 number is set to 81, but you activate multiply option and set there 1.5 then new custom po3 number will be: 81 *1.5 = 121.5

-Implemented OBs, so now indicator contain this option as well, on the same way as for FVGs, which means you can choose whether you want it to mark only those OBs that at least touch OB GB levels or every single one on the chart. There is option to change colors, boxes, and if you like to get only specific color on the bars it self.

-Fixed issue with calculating the right po3 levels for instrument with price between 100-1000$

-Implemented info for price position in status box, it will show all the time where is the price at the moment, is it in premium or discount for the respective po3 DR.

-Added 531441 po3 number in the list box of po3 numbers for a quick selection.

-po3 table optimized, it will not show those higher po3 numbers if there is 0 for low level. This will reduce the list in the table, to do not show unnecessary po3 high/low levels for respective instrument, since it make no sense to show it if the low is 0.
