Hi guys here our analyse and setup idea for AUDJPY.
- The background is BULLISH, the price is following an uptrend (white)
- Rejecting daily support level and then touch a resistance level which is also the high of an enlargement.
- The price is running over the 2 SMA (50 and 200)
- We can see a nice BULLISH divergence on the RSI
- And for those using ichimoku indicator, the price is over the kumo, the tenkan and the kijun so 100% up.
To be Noticed :
- AUD index (AXY) shows a good bullish potencial
- JPY index (JXY) is bearish oriented south for now.
- Oil is rising so JPY is falling
What to do ? : Wait for H4 candle closure above resistance level and then we can go long at least to the next institutional level at 85.
Wait for confirmation, take decision, stick to it.
