Important Levels for 21-09-2021.
The index played well as per our levels posted yesterday and we did see a good correction today, and with price closing at almost day's low we expect to see more downward movement tomorrow.
In case we open with a big gap up, 37800-38000 will act as a strong resistance and -ve price action should be sold with 50 point SL for targets of 37620, 37580 and 37500.
In case we open flat or small gap up, any moves till 37300-37350 can be sold with a SL of 37400 for targets of 37250,37150 and 37040.
If we open flat to slight gap down, please wait for the price to sustain below 37000 and then take shorts for targets of 36880, 36820 and 36750. SL can be kept at 37050.
Option data also suggests bearishness below 37000 and 37500 has seen maximum call addition and it also supports our view of selling any rise well supported by -ve price action and volumes.
Going in tomorrow with a -ve bias but will look to buy if we see good buying at 37000-37050 future levels.
