Following Bukowski's observation that price meets 34% of its upward breakout Target as noticed in pennants in the chart price met the targets perfectly, we expect the same to happen with the current pennant. We have a breakout which should reach its the target at $13400. If the fractals are anything to go by, then we will have a 17% pullback before a price rally to $20,000.
