I think history is doing to repeat itself AGAIN

Does History repeat itself, looking at the parabolic run of 2017, and the recent activities of Bitcoin, I think we are in the Panic stage and going into the Anger stage of The Psychology of Market Cycles, last weeks rise was great but history doesn't lie and on the weekly chart all the red arrows are markers to suggest that we have more downside to the 0.786.

On an HTF im short until anything else changes.
