I have done ultimate elliott wave counting with fibonacci calculations and always reach to 250k for this macro cycle. not an advice..

In my previous analysis 220-250k target has been seen!

Fib level 2.38 two time has been repeated for each 4-year cycle.
Note
Some missed data has been calculated by BTC index chart.

My target is 250k will not change, but can't predict exact time for it maybe happen in middle of 2022 or end of 2022.
