BTCUSDT Lower high near 60K support can dump price now?

As we can see price broke 60K support at 27Oct and that was a fake breakout, now after some local pump here it hit a new high here that is also lower high for bitcoin(new high:63000$ previous one: 63700$) and this is a sign of weakness, now if this time 60K support break then we can expect real breakout and huge dump after that is possible.

Notice: if and only if 64K$ resistance breaks then we can expect a bullish market here.
