$CLF Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern?

Mis à jour
CLF may be an infrastructure play. It seems to be forming an inverse head and shoulders pattern. I'll be looking for it to break-out across the down trend line I've drawn and look for a logical entry. If I take the trade, my stop will be just below that same trend line for a well defined risk.
