Long DOWI immediately
16400 is the bottom of the long term trendline since 2009. The global markets are very unstable at the moment, therefore I don't think it can hold at this level. I expect another 1000 points correction immediately, i,e, 15400 level. (15340, the previous low of 5/2/2014 can be a great support)
Base on my experience, the big drop after breaking the trendline will not be a real one, it'll bebound on the same day and recover all the loss. So I hereby suggest to long DOWI at 15400 level more or less. I expect DOWI will recover the whole loss on the big drop ON THE SAME DAY (in a few hours time).
