Technicals:

After price established an anchor-point at its 100 MA (green arrow) for this Elliot wave, each impulse has been testing the following:
1. All-time highs at (1), which were subsequently broken, for a bear-run
2. 200 MA at (2) and (4)
3. Reversal at neck-line on (3), corresponding to a pivot off price at its 20 MA

Observations:
Overhead resistance at the 100 MA (~32.75)
MACD hasn't pinched yet
