DOGEBTC stuck in tight range for over 6 months now,
so almost guaranteed that a new big move is pending
soon now.

Current range acc/distro - it's a tough call.
It's possible that we get a blast from current levels
shortly. Worst-case scenario, bottom out near 20 later.

Either way, we are likely near the cycle lows right now.
Two key levels overhead will be re-tested.
this in turn will produce 180%/400% gains.

recommended strategy: accumulate near lows.
