ETH needs a push to get up to and through the median line, if it can get through the 50% line here, there is a high probability of hitting the median line
Remember Moving averages are good, indicators work well but the highest odds in trading come from the pitchfork, when price holds the lower parallel there is an 80% chance of hitting the median line, it will then reverse or push through with high probability of hitting the next parallel or falling back to the previous line.
